Lizards & Bows

The major hint that this picture was not taken in SC in July -- the hooded jacket! :) While looking for some firewood the children ran across this little guy in the woods. We left 3 lizards at home and managed to find a salamandre while on vacation.

Archery at Pipestem. The lessons were a whopping $3 :) I'm very impressed that Pipestem manages to keep their prices reasonable so that each of the children can pick an activity. I'm looking forward to posting the riding pictures soon! (waiting on the new card reader). Here is James during his lesson and Charli posing for the camera. Archery was a big hit! Notice the bare feet and red shirt? This was James's "Vacation Outfit". Next time I will take only two sets of clothes for him - warm & cool. Everyday was the same question of "Hey, James, gonna change your shirt?" with the same answer "not today!".

Looks like a nice trip. Look forward to seeing more pics of what ya'll did. That salemander is very cool. We found one as kids, oh, 20 years ago or so in Wa.
